Our team of experts will collect your pram and car seat from your home and carry out a full valet service then return it back looking fresh again.

​Mould: We do not treat mould as part of the cleaning process.
We do not offer any type of mould treatment. We will do our best to get everything as clean and safe as possible, however mould (especially on fabrics) could leave permanent marks. If you are unsure about whether to use the items if mould marks are present then we strongly recommend seeking advice from a qualified source, such as the NHS, or replacing these items.

Important - Some stains may be treated but not removed completely due to the type of stain. We try our best to remove stains but can't guarantee they will be totally removed.

Where are you located?
Pram Fresh is located in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire and South Derbyshire

What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Hertfordshire and the Midlands for pick up and drop off. service. If you are unsure if we can pick up from you please contact us.
How much do you charge for pick up/drop off?
Please contact us for a quote for pick up and drop off service

What cleaning products do you use?
We will use non-biological baby safe products, as well as washing the fabrics.. We will endeavour to remove all marks from your baby gear, however we cannot guarantee that all stains will be totally removed, as this depends on their severity.

Do you use steam?
Yes we use steam to clean wheels/frames and areas where it is safe to following manufacture guidance.

How long will it take to clean my products?
We ask for 3 days as standard- This allows for fabrics to dry and for us to work on any stains that need to be treated. We don’t clean over weekends or bank holidays.
How far in advance should I book?
We get booked up quickly and next available slots can be a month ahead. If you want a baby product cleaning because you are anticipating a new arrival we’d suggest booking 4 weeks in advance of your due date to ensure we can get it cleaned in time. We always try to never say no and sometimes we can move things around, so if it is last minute please contact us and we will try to get you booked in on the day you want.

Do you treat mould as part of the cleaning process?
We do not treat mould as part of the cleaning process and are not currently offering any type of mould treatment. We will do our best to get everything as clean and safe as possible, however black mould (especially on fabrics) this could leave permanent marks. If you are unsure about whether to use the items if black mould marks are present the we strongly recommend seeking advice from a qualified source, such as the NHS or replacing these items. We do not treat mould as part of the cleaning process and are not currently offering any type of mould treatment.
